At NotCo we replicate the animal products we love to eat - they taste like, cook like and feel like them - but are made with the best of plants. And not only that, by taking the animal out of the equation, we have managed to considerably reduce the environmental impact of the production of each product when compared to their animal counterparts. NotCo was born because we love food and we don't want to change what we like so much about it. But today, what we love to eat is hurting us and the environment.
