With our AI genius Giuseppe, we have managed to replicate animal products, but instead using plants and vegetables. And make them even better.

At NotCo we replicate the animal products we love to eat - they taste like, cook like and feel like them - but are made with the best of plants. And not only that, by taking the animal out of the equation, we have managed to considerably reduce the environmental impact of the production of each product when compared to their animal counterparts. NotCo was born because we love food and we don't want to change what we like so much about it. But today, what we love to eat is hurting us and the environment. We believe that replicating the animal products we all love to eat, but using plants, gives us all an opportunity to reduce our environmental impact without even realizing it. We are here to create a different food system - reinvent it, actually - without animals and for everyone, everywhere.
