Ingredients
½ cup neutral oil
¼ cup flax egg
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup NotMilk™ Whole
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¾ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup non-dairy chocolate chips
For the Crust
1 sleeve of graham crackers
4 Tbsp dairy free butter, melted
For the Assembly of the Bites

Steps
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Combine the graham crackers and butter. Press into cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, place a small square of the chocolate bar in the middle of each cupcake liner and let cool.
Make the brownies by combining the sugars, flax egg, and oil. Stir in the NotMilk™ and vanilla.
Add in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, mixing until evenly combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips. Evenly spoon all of the brownie batter over the graham cracker and chocolate. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set in the middle.
Remove from oven and place a marshmallow in the middle of each brownie cake. Place in the oven under the broiler for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let sit for at least 15 minutes before serving
