For the Apple Crisp Syrup

  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

For the Latte

  • ¾ - 1 cup NotMilk™ Barista
  • 1 oz Apple Crisp Syrup
  • 2 oz espresso
  • Cinnamon, for topping


  1. In a saucepan over medium heat combine all the ingredients. Bring to a simmer and boil on low heat for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool before using.
  2. When ready to make a latte add at least 1 oz of the apple crisp syrup into your glass. The mix in the warm espresso shots. Using a frother, froth and warm the NotMilk™ and pour over the top of the mixture. Sprinkle it with cinnamon and serve immediately! Enjoy!
