Enjoy this Vegan latte recipe featuring our NotMilk™ Barista!
Ingredients
For the Apple Crisp Syrup
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- ½ cup brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
For the Latte
- ¾ - 1 cup NotMilk™ Barista
- 1 oz Apple Crisp Syrup
- 2 oz espresso
- Cinnamon, for topping
Steps
- In a saucepan over medium heat combine all the ingredients. Bring to a simmer and boil on low heat for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool before using.
- When ready to make a latte add at least 1 oz of the apple crisp syrup into your glass. The mix in the warm espresso shots. Using a frother, froth and warm the NotMilk™ and pour over the top of the mixture. Sprinkle it with cinnamon and serve immediately! Enjoy!
