For the Sauce

  • ¼ cup oil

  • 5 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon pepper

  • ½ teaspoon thyme

  • ½ teaspoon oregano

  • 1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup NotCo Milk

For the Pizza

  • 1 Not Chicken Pattie

  • White Pizza Sauce

  • Non-Dairy Mozzarella

  • Fresh Pizza Dough

  • Oil

  • Parsley, minced


For the Sauce

  • Over a pan on medium heat add the oil and garlic cloves. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Add the salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano. Cook another minute.

  • Sprinkle the flour into the oil and whisk until it is combined. Cook for 1 minute.

  • Slowly pour in the milk and whisk until smooth. If the sauce is too thin let cook until it thickens. You can thin the sauce by lowering the heat and adding a bit more milk until it reaches your desired consistency.

  • Remove from heat and let cool.

For the Pizza

  • Cook the Not Chicken Patties as directed and until crispy. Once finished cooking, cut into small ½ inch cubes.

  • Preheat oven to 500° F

  • On a floured surface stretch the pizza dough out until you’ve reached your desired thickness. Spoon about ½ - 1 cup of sauce on the pizza and spread, but leave about 1 in. of space on the outside edge.

  • Top with the mozzarella and chicken pieces. Place in oven for about 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. (If using a pizza oven cook at 700º for 3 minutes)

  • Top with fresh parsley and enjoy!
