Try this recipe for the perfect plant-based pumpkin spice latte.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups NotMilk™ Barista, frothed and warmed
- 4 oz espresso
- Non-Dairy Whipped Topping
Steps
- Combine the pumpkin, maple syrup, spices, and vanilla in a small bowl along with the espresso. Mix together until well combined.
- Split into two cups and top with hot Not Milk and whipped topping!
