  • 2 Not Chicken Patties

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes

  • ½ teaspoon oregano

  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • ¾ cup buffalo sauce

  • Salt to taste


  • Prepare the NotChicken Patties as directed on packaging.

  • In a medium sauce pan over medium-low heat, add the olive oil, and garlic. Saute for one minute.

  • Add the chili flakes, oregano, smoke paprika and whisk in the maple syrup. Continue to whisk and add the buffalo sauce. Remove from heat until the patties are done. Add salt to taste.

  • Once the chicken patties have finished toss in the sauce and serve immediately. Can be served on it own or in sandwiches or wraps. Enjoy!
