For the Meatballs

- 2 Not Co Patties, thawed

- ¼ cup green onion, minced

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

- 2 teaspoon soy sauce

- ½ teaspoon ginger powder

- ½ teaspoon garlic powder

For the Sauce

- ¼ cup soy sauce

- ½ cup sweet chili sauce

- ½ teaspoon fresh garlic powder

- ½ teaspoon fresh ginger powder

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

- ½ teaspoon sesame seeds

- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

- ¼ cup water


For the Meatballs

- Preheat oven to 400º

- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Once combined, make balls about 2 tablespoons in size resembling meatballs.

- Place on a sheet pan and bake for 8-10 minutes

- Move on to making the sauce

- When the meatballs are done, add into a large bowl and toss with the sauce.

For the sauce

- Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.

- Bring to a simmer and stir occasionally.

- Once it has come together and slightly thickened, remove from heat.
