For the Dumplings

  • 1 Not Co beef patty

  • ¼ cup carrots, finely chopped

  • 2 Tbsp green onion, minced

  • 1 tsp ginger, minced

  • ⅛ tsp pepper

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 package vegan wonton wrappers

  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil

    For the sauce
    • ¼ cup soy sauce
    • 2 Tbsp agave
    • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
    • ¼ cup green onion, sliced


  1. Combine the patty, carrots, onions, ginger, pepper, and soy sauce together in a bowl. It should create a paste-like consistency.

  2. Fill each wonton wrapper with about 1-2 tsp of the filling and seal it using water to moisten the edges of the dough. Press together and seal tightly.

  3. Do this same step until no more filling is left.

  4. Make the sauce by combining all the ingredients in a small bowl and whisking until it is evenly mixed.

  5. Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil. Add the dumplings and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of water and cook 3-4 more minutes, covered. Dumplings should be golden brown on the bottom.

  6. Remove from pan and serve with sauce. Enjoy!
