If you're like us, on of your favorite drinks during the holiday's is Eggnog.

But if you are also like us, traditional dairy eggnog doesn't make us feel so great.

Don't worry because we have you covered this holiday season with our rich and creamy NotMilk™.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of NotMilk™ 
  • 2 tbsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp of cloves powder
  • 1 tsp of ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp of nutmeg powder
  • 1 cup of cashew nut 
  • Star anise
  • Cinnamon stick 

Steps

  1. Put the cashews in a pot with water and boil them for 2 minutes.
  2. Remove the pot from the heat and let the cashews soakas in the water for 10 minutes. Then drain the cashews and set aside.
  3. Put the cashews in the blender and add all the remaining ingredients.
  4. Blend at maximum speed for 2 to 3 minutes or until it's smooth and uniform.
  5. Put the mix in a jar with a lid and refrigerate for 12 hours.
  6. Serve in a glass and decorate with star anise, cinnamon sticks and some of the powder mix.
