This is one of our favorite recipes and we think you will agree! A creamy, milky macchiato with a touch of caramel and plant-based NotMilk™. What else could you ask for?

Ingredients

4 Ingredients 

  • 1 cup of NotMilk™ any variation 
  • ⅔ cup of espresso 
  • ½ cup of sugar or sugar alternative 
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract

Steps

  1. Prepare your espresso
  2. For the caramel sauce: add the sugar in a pan and heat
  3. Add half of the NotMilk™ and vanilla extract and stir carefully
  4. Foam the remainder of the NotMilk™
  5. To serve: put the caramel at the bottom of the glass, add the foamed NotMilk™ and add espresso shot
  6. Optional: decorate with caramel sauce

Notes

We used NotMilk™ Whole, but either variation tastes delicious!
