This homemade dairy-free NotMilk™ Boba coffee is heavenly. You won’t believe how the NotMilk™ tastes and blends just like cow's milk. But no cows required here.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup of NotMilk™
  • 2 shots of espresso
  • 3 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp tapioca pearls
  • Ice (optional)

Steps

  1. In a small pot, boil the water with the brown sugar until it dissolves and a syrup is formed. Let cool until the syrup is room temperature.
  2. Boil the tapioca pearls in water for 15 minutes or until clear.
  3. In a glass, transfer the espresso, syrup and tapioca pearls.
  4. Add ice if you would like.
  5. Add NotMilk™ and mix slowly.
