A delicious twist on Dalgona Coffee topped with decadent matcha.

No cows, just NotMilk™ and lots of matcha!

  • 4 tbsp of NotMilk™
  • 1/4 cup of coconut cream
  • 2 tsp of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of matcha tea powder
  • Ice (optional)


  1. In a bowl add the coconut milk, sugar and vanilla extract
  2. Whisk for 5 minutes until a creamy texture forms
  3. Add the matcha powder into the mixture and whisk for an additional minute
  4. In a cup, add the NotMilk™, ice (optional) and pour the matcha tea mixture
  5. Sprinkle matcha powder on top and serve


You can make this recipe with either NotMiIk™ 2% Reduced Fat or Whole. Enjoy it!
